1 10-oz pkg frozen chopped Broccoli, cooked and drained
1 small Onion, quartered
1/2 pound Cheddar Cheese
1 cup All-purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 cup Milk
2 Eggs
1/3 cup Butter or Margarine, melted

Method for making Broccoli Cheese Bake
|
|
Asemble and attach food grinder using coarse grinding plate. Turn to speed 4 and grind broccoli and onion. Set aside. Assemble and attach rotor slicer/shredder using fine shredder cone (no 1). Turn to speed 4 and shred cheese. Set aside. Sift flour, salt, and baking powder into bowl. Add milk, eggs, and butter. Attach bowl and flat beater. Turn to speed 2 and mix 1 minute. Add broccoli mixture and cheese. Turn to speed 2 and mix 30 seconds. Pour mixture into a greased 9x9x1 1/2-inch pan. Bake at 375 for 60 to 75 minutes. Cut into 3-inch squares teappoon serve.
