1 (14 ounce) can Artichoke Hearts, drained and quartered
1 lb Longhorn Cheese or Rat Cheese, grated
6 Eggs, beaten

Method for making Artichoke And Cheese Casserole
|
|
Place artichokes on bottom of a greased 8x8 pan; top with grated cheese. Pour beaten eggs over cheese; bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, serve.
