6 slices Bacon
3 medium Onions, sliced
1 lb fresh Green Beans, cleaned and cut into small pieces
2 cups fresh diced Tomatoes
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/3 cup boiling Water

Method for making Amish Schnitzel Beans
|
|
Dice bacon and fry until crisp. Add sliced onions and fry until a light brown. Add green beans and brown slightly. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and water. Lower heat and cook until beans are tender
