3 Scallions, chopped
2 (15 ounce) cans Yams, drained and sliced into bite size pieces
Fresh ground Pepper

Method for making A Yam A Day
|
|
Microwave butter in a microwave safe dish, 30 seconds or until melted. Add scallions, yams and pepper. Stir gently, cover with plastic wrap and microwave at full power for 3-4 minutes or until hot.
