A,b,c Vegetable Casserole


Features of A,b,c Vegetable Casserole

Served as side dish. Vegetarian dish.

Ingredients for A,b,c Vegetable Casserole   (Click here for measurement conversion)

1 cup fresh Asparagus, trimmed and cut in 2 inch pieces

1 cup fresh Broccoli, heads chopped

1 cup fresh Cauliflower Heads, chopped

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Cream of Mushroom Soup (or Cream of Broccoli)

1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1 cup French-fried Onions

Method for making A,b,c Vegetable Casserole

Preheat oven to 350. Combine asparagus, broccoli, and cauliflower in a pot of water and cook at medium heat for 10 minutes. Combine mushroom soup and cheese in a separate pot and heat until cheese melts. Drain the cooked vegetables and put in a casserole dish. Pour soup and cheese mixture over the vegetables. Cover with onion rings and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
