Parmesan Tomato Tart


Features of Parmesan Tomato Tart

Served as dessert. Vegetarian dish.

1 Pie Crust

15 oz Ricotta Cheese

3 Egg

2 teaspoon fresh Oregano

3/4 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon fresh ground Black Pepper

8 Roma Tomato

1 cup Parmesan Cheese

6 fresh Oregano

Method for making Parmesan Tomato Tart

combine ricotta, eggs, oregano, salt, and pepper-mix well spread half of ricotta mixture over bottom of crust sprinkle with Parmesan cheese arrange a layer with half of the sliced tomatoes sprinkle with Parmesan cheese spread remaining ricotta mixture over tomatoes sprinkle with Parmesan cheese arrange remaining tomatoes on top sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes, just until golden remove from oven and allow to cool 30 minutes, before cutting garnish with an oregano sprig serve warm or at room temperature.
