Rava or Semolina - 1 cup
Sugar - 0.75 cup
Ghee or Butter - 2 Tablespoons
Milk - 0.25 cup
Coconut flakes - 0.25 cup
Saffron - few twigs
Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon

Method for making Rava (Semolina) Laddoo
|
|
Take ghee or butter in a deep saucepan and heat. Add rava or semolina and cook on low heat. Stir continuously. When the rava turns light brown add the sugar. Stir for 3-4 minutes. Keep aside and let it cool down. Add cardomom powder, coconut flakes and saffron. Add half the milk and mix well. Wet hand with milk and shape the mixture in round-shaped laddoos.
