Condensed milk - 0.5 cup
Paneer - 250 gm
Rose essence - 2 to 3 drops
Yellow colour - 0.25 teaspoon
Cardamom powder - 0.5 teaspoon

Method for making Malai Laddoo
|
|
Mash paneer. Add condensed milk toa saucepan and cook on low flame, stirring continously. Cook till the paste thickens. Add essence and remove from heat. Mix the milk well with paneer. Pour on a plate, leave aside and let it cool down. Make round shaped laddoos out of the mixture. Sprinkle cardamom powder on them for flavour.
