Evaporated milk -2 cans
Condensed milk - 1 can
Whipped cream - 16 oz
Pistachio nuts - 0.25 cup
Saffron - 1 pinch

Method for making Kesar Pista Kulfi
|
|
Take a pot and mix well evaporated milk, condensed milk and wipped cream. Add pistachio nuts and saffron to it. Put into air sealed containers (kulfi containers, ice-cream bowls or small ceramic pots) and leave in the freezer for 4 hours. Serve with faluda and syrup of your choice for added taste.
