200 gm Bundiya

1 kg Milk

Sugar to taste

Rosewater to taste

Method for making Bundiyar Payesh

Boil milk on low flame, stirring continuously for 15 mins Add the bundiya and sugar if required-boil for 5 minutes. Remove from flame and cool-spring rosewater-chill and serve.
