Anson County Chicken Stew


Features of Anson County Chicken Stew

Served as starter. Non-vegetarian dish. Speciality: Low Cholesterol, Low Calorie, Reduced Carbs diet.

Ingredients for Anson County Chicken Stew   (Click here for measurement conversion)

2 cups diced cooked Chicken (boiled)

1 (16 ounce) can whole Kernel Corn

1 (16 ounce) can Creamed Corn

1 small Onion, finely diced

1 (14 1/2 ounce) can Chicken Broth

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Cream of Chicken Soup, or Cream of Celery Soup

Salt and Pepper, as needed

2-3 Bay Leaves

1 pinch Basil

1/2 teaspoon fresh Rosemary, snipped (optional)

3 Tablespoons Butter

Method for making Anson County Chicken Stew

Place all ingredients into crock pot. Cook on low setting for approximately 6 hours. Serve with saltine crackers and a green salad.
