Features of Alpine Beef Goulash With Noodles

Ingredients for Alpine Beef Goulash With Noodles   (Click here for measurement conversion)

2 1/2 lbs boneless Round Steak (1/2 inch cubes)

2 Tablespoons Oil

1 cup chopped Onions

3 Cloves minced Garlic

1 (8 ounce) can Tomato Sauce

2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar

1 Tablespoon Paprika

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Caraway Seeds

1 teaspoon Dill Seeds

1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

1 cup Sour Cream

Hot Buttered Noodles

Method for making Alpine Beef Goulash With Noodles

Brown beef in oil; add onion and garlic, and saute until tender. Add tomato sauce and all seasonings except sour cream and noodles. Cover and cook slowly about 2 1/2 hours. Add sour cream just before serving (do not boil after adding sour cream). Serve over hot buttered noodles.
