2 pounds Boneless Round Steak
1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
1 Tablespoon Sugar
2 Tablespoons Oil
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1 Clove Garlic, crushed
3 Scallions, chopped
1 can Chinese Vegetables, optional

Method for making Teriyaki Steak
|
|
Cut the steak into 1/8 inch thick slices. Combine the sauce ingredients and scallions in a small bowl. Place the meat in the Crockpot and pour sauce over it all. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. About 15 min before serving, add Chinese vegetables if desired. Serve with rice.
