2 pounds Round Steak
1 medium Onion, chopped
Flour
2 cups Beef Bouillon

Method for making Swiss Steak In Crock Pot
|
|
Cut round steak into serving-size pieces: Dredge in flour and brown in oil in large skillet. Place browned meat in crock-pot. Saute onion and add to crock-pot. Pour bouillon over meat and cook for 6 to 8 hours on low (4 to 6 hours on high).
