Stilton Cheese – 100 gm, crumbled
Butter – 25 gm
Walnuts – 50 gm, finely chopped
Black Pepper – to taste
Sirloin Steaks - 4 Fillets

Method for making Stilton Steaks
|
|
Preheat the grill. Place the Stilton cheese in a bowl and mash with a spoon/fork. Add butter, walnuts and black pepper and mix well. Season the steaks with black pepper and cook under a hot grill for 3-10 minutes on each side. Remove from the grill and spread a quarter of the cheese mixture over each steak. Return to the grill and continue to grill for 1-2 minutes until the topping is bubbling. Serve immediately.
