1 lb Ground round Steak
1 1/2 cup Rice; cooked
3/4 cup Peanut Butter
1 cup Carrots; sliced
3/4 cup Tomato Sauce
2 Celery stalks; chopped
1 lg Onion; chopped
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Green Peppers; chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper

Method for making Peanut Butter Casserole
|
|
Brown the ground round steak with the chopped onion. In a casserole dish, mix together the peanut butter and the tomato sauce. Mix well. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 350~ for about 1 hour.
