1 cup shredded Red Michigan Apple
1/3 cup shredded Carrots
1/4 cup thinly sliced green Onions
1/3 cup Mango Chutney

Method for making Apple Chutney Spread

Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill thoroughly, about 2 hours. Serve with crackers or celery.
