3 Tablespoon Olive Oil
3 Garlic Cloves, chopped
15 Fresh Basil Leaves
2 lb Ripe Tomatoes, diced
Salt
Juice of 1 Orange
2 drop Tabasco sauce
1 lb Spaghetti

Method for making Spaghetti With Orange Scented Tomato Sauce
|

Heat 2 Tablespoon olive oil with the garlic & half the basil leaves until the garlic colors. Add tomatoes and salt. Cook over high heat until the sauce thickens, 15 to 20 minutes. Add orange juice, season with tabasco and continue to cook over high heat for about another 5 minutes. Check the seasonings. Toss with cooked spaghetti.
