1 pound raw ground Turkey

1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder

3 Tablespoon minced Onion

1 can (6 Oz.) Tomato Paste

1 cup Water

2 Tablespoon grated Parmesan

1 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

2 cup hot cooked Spaghetti

1/8 teaspoon Salt

Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Place over medium heat until hot. Add turkey and onion; cook until turkey is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain well. Return to skillet. Stir in water and Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder and tomato paste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Serve over spaghetti; sprinkle with cheese.
