4 Tablespoons melted Butter
1 cup Sugar
2 cups Plain Flour
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon powder, freshly ground
1 Tablespoon Sugar Granules

Method for making Sugary Twisties
|
|
Mix the sugar with butter. Beat with a light hand till fluffy and creamy. Mix in the flour and cinnamon powder well to form a dough. Take small portions of the dough and shape them like twisted rolls. Place these twisties on wax paper and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C/300°F for about 20 minutes or till done. Sprinkle the sugar granules on them while they are still warm.

Tips:
A few drops of honey can be sprinkled in place of sugar. The dough can be shaped as desired instead of twisties.
