Ingredients for "Egg Chaat"

Eggs - 6, hard-boiled
Onion - 1, medium
Green chillies - 5 to 6
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
Tomato Ketchup - ½ cup
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
Tamarind - 2 Tablespoons
Sugar - 4-6 Tablespoons
Salt - to taste
Method of cooking "Egg Chaat"
Boil the tamarind and sugar in water for 5-6 minutes and prepare a chutney.
The chutney should be sweet and sour in taste.
Make 4 pieces out of each egg.
Mix all the ingredients together, add 1 Tablespoon of cutney to it and mix thoroughly.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and lemon pieces.
