Awesome Grilled Shrimp


Features of Awesome Grilled Shrimp

Served as main course. Non-vegetarian dish. Speciality: Low Sodium, Reduced Carbs diet.

Ingredients for Awesome Grilled Shrimp   (Click here for measurement conversion)

8 ounces Pineapple Chunks

1 lb raw Shrimp

1 Tablespoon fresh Ginger, grated

2 Garlic Cloves, minced

1/4 cup Olive Oil

Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste)

Salt (to taste)

Pepper (to taste)

Method for making Awesome Grilled Shrimp

Devein the shrimp and leave the shell on them. Drain the pineapple and reserve the juice Mix the juice with olive oil, ginger, and garlic. Add red pepper, salt and pepper to taste. Mix the shrimp in to the marinade. Allow to sit for 2-6 hours. Skewer shrimp on to kabob skewers, seperating periodically with the pineapple chunks. Grill for 3 minutes on each side, until pink.
