2 cups chopped Tomatoes
1/4 cup Mushrooms
2 Tablespoons Garlic
1/2 cup White Wine
1/4 cup Feta Cheese
1 Tablespoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Pepper
2 cups marinara Sauce

Method for making Athenian Style Shrimp
|
|
Saute them all together for about 5 minutes, and then on a seperate pan grill shrimp for 3-4 minutes. After Five minutes add heavy cream to sauce, then add the shrimp to the sauce and let sit for ten minutes, serve over rice.
