Ingredients for Grapes Sherbet (Click here for measurement conversion)

Grapes, green, seedless - 225 gm

Castor sugar, finely ground granulated sugar - 3 Tablespoons

Pepper - 0.5 teaspoon

Cumin seeds, roasted and ground - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 0.5 teaspoon

Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons

Chilled water - 3 cups

Fresh mint - few sprigs

Method for making Grapes Sherbet

Wash grapes and crush them thoroughly. Pour in water. Mix well. Strain through a sieve. Add all the seasonings. Mix well and chill. Serve, garnished with mint leaves.
