Breakfast Sherbet


Features of Breakfast Sherbet

Served as breakfast. Vegetarian dish.

Ingredients for Breakfast Sherbet   (Click here for measurement conversion)

5 cup Honeydew Melon, chopped

3 Kiwi Fruit, peeled and quarter

1/2 cup Buttermilk

1/4 cup Granulated Sugar

1 Tablespoon Lime Juice

Method for making Breakfast Sherbet

In a food processor, combine all ingredients; process until smooth. Pour the mixture into a medium bowl; cover with plastic wrap and freeze 3 to 4 hours, until firm. Remove from the freezer and let stand 15 minutes. With an electric mixer, beat until smooth. Cover and freeze 3 to 4 hours longer, until firm.
