1 Tablespoon Dry Sherry or Chinese White Wine
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 pint White Pepper
STIR-FRY INGREDIENTS
1/2 lb Shrimp, medium, raw, shelled and deveined
1/4 lb Sea Scallops, cut in half horizontally
1/2 lb Asparagus
2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
2 teaspoon Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Baby Corn, canned, drained and cut in half diagonally
1/2 cup Whole Water Chestnuts
1/2 cup Chicken Broth
2 Tablespoon Sherry or Chinese white Wine
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 pint White Pepper
2 1/2 teaspoon Cornstarch(dissolve cornstarch in water)
5 teaspoon Water
