Clam Casserole


Features of Clam Casserole

Served as main course. Non-vegetarian dish.

Ingredients for Clam Casserole   (Click here for measurement conversion)

3 cans Clams,(6 1/2 oz) mince/drain

4 Eggs, well beaten

1/4 cup Butter, melted

1/3 cup Milk

1 teaspoon Salt

1/2 cup Onion, minced

1/4 cup Green Pepper, minced

18 Saltine Crackers, crushed

Method for making Clam Casserole

In bowl, mix all ingredients. Pour into well-greased Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on Low setting for 4 to 5 hours.
