Clam Casserole


Features of Clam Casserole

Served as main course. Non-vegetarian dish.

Ingredients for Clam Casserole   (Click here for measurement conversion)

3 (6.5 oz) cans minced Clams, drained

4 Eggs, well beaten

1/4 cup Butter, melted

1/3 cup Milk

1 teaspoon Salt

1/2 cup minced Onion

1/4 cup minced green Pepper

18 Saltine Crackers (about 1 cup), crushed

Method for making Clam Casserole

In bowl, mix all ingredients. Pour into well-greased Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on Low for 5 to 6 hours.
