2 cups Self-raising Flour
1 Tablespoon Icing Sugar
1/2 cup Cream
1 cup Milk
2/3 cup cooked Mashed Pumpkin

Method for making Aussie Pumpkin Scones
|
|
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined. Turn out dough onto a floured surface and lightly press dough down to approximately 2 cm thickness. Cut into rounds with a scone cutter (or use a small, clean empty tin). Place on a greased baking tray. Bake in a hot oven for approx 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
