Scallop Bubbly Bake


Features of Scallop Bubbly Bake

Served as main course. Non-vegetarian dish.

Ingredients for Scallop Bubbly Bake   (Click here for measurement conversion)

1 lb Scallops

1 Can Lobster Meat, 8oz

1 Onion

3 Celery Stalks

1 can Mushrooms, sliced, 8oz

1 Green Pepper, finely diced

2 Tablespoon Butter

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup, 10oz

1 cup Buttered Bread Crumbs

Method for making Scallop Bubbly Bake

Wipe scallops dry and lightly salt. Saute vegetables. Place in a greased casserole. Cover with soup, top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes.
