3/4 cup dried Apricots
1 1/2 teaspoons hot Curry Powder
1/2 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
1 cup Water

Method for making Apricot Curry Sauce
|
|
Purée all of the ingredients for 3 minutes, or until smooth. Refrigerate overnight, and strain through a fine-mesh sieve. Refrigerate until ready to use or for up to 1 week.
