Apricot Curry Glaze

Ingredients for Apricot Curry Glaze   (Click here for measurement conversion)

1 medium Onion, minced

1 Tablespoon Butter or Margarine

1 cup pureed Apricots

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1 Tablespoon Curry Powder

4 teaspoons Vinegar

2 Tablespoons Molasses

Method for making Apricot Curry Glaze

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat for 15 minutes. Use this on beef, pork, lamb or chicken.
