1 medium Onion, minced
1 Tablespoon Butter or Margarine
1 cup pureed Apricots
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Curry Powder
4 teaspoons Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Molasses

Method for making Apricot Curry Glaze
|
|
Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat for 15 minutes. Use this on beef, pork, lamb or chicken.
