Angelus Marshmallow Caramel Sauce


Features of Angelus Marshmallow Caramel Sauce

Served as accompaniment. Vegetarian dish. Speciality: Low Fat, Low Sodium, Low Cholesterol, Low Sat. Fat, Low Protein diet.

Ingredients for Angelus Marshmallow Caramel Sauce   (Click here for measurement conversion)

20 large Marshmallows

1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar, packed

1 1/4 cups boiling Water

1/4 teaspoon Vanilla

Method for making Angelus Marshmallow Caramel Sauce

Mix sugar and water and boil slowly for 20 minutes. Remove from fire and drop in the marshmallows. Let stand for 5 minutes.then beat until smooth. Serve hot or cold as a pudding or ice cream sauce.
