1/2 Tablespoon Mild Chili Powder

1 Tablespoon Hot Chili Powder

1 Tablespoon Chimayo Chili Powder

1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

1 Tablespoon Black Pepper

1 Tablespoon Salt

1 1/2 teaspoons Chipotle Paste

Method for making Ancho Chile Rub

Combine in large bowl. Makes about 2 cups.
