2 cups dried Red Chili Peppers
1/4 cup dried Onion flakes
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cumin powder
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 Tablespoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Paprika
2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
2 cups Water
2 (8 ounce) cans Tomato Sauce

Method for making Afterburner Mexican Hot Sauce
|
|
Make sure chili peppers are the hot dried type with stems removed. Bring all ingredients, except tomato sauce, to a boil, simmer until peppers are rehydrated. About ten to fifteen minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Place in blender and add tomato sauce and blend unto smooth. Add a little more water if to thick.
