Ingredients for "Adobo (4)"

4 Ancho Chiles
2 teaspoons Garlic, chopped
1/4 teaspoon ground Cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried Oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried Marjoram
1/4 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
3 Tablespoons Vinegar
1/2 cup Orange juice
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Method of cooking "Adobo (4)"
Soak the ancho chilies for 1 hour in hot water. Drain and save the water. Seed the chilies and put them in a blender with the rest of the adobo ingredients. Blend until smooth, adding chili water as needed. Transfer to a bowl.
