1 1/2 cups diced cooked Chicken Breasts
1 cup halved seedless Grapes
1/4 cup diced Celery
1/4 cup low-fat Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon toasted slivered Almonds
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
8 slices light Bread
2 cups shredded Lettuce

Method for making Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich
|
|
Combine the chicken, grapes, celery, mayo, almonds and pepper together and mix well. Divide among 4 slices bread. Top each with lettuce and another slice of bread.
