1 lb String Beans, blanched and sliced
2 Green Chilies, julienned
2 Red Chilies, julienned
1/2 lb Tofu, pressed and cubed
1/2 cup Coconut Milk
2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
4 Tablespoon Lime juice
2 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon Chili Sauce

Method for making String Bean Salad
|
|
Place the beans on a large serving platter & arrange the green and red chilies and tofu cubes over the top. In a small bowl, mix together the coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar and chili sauce. Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad.
