1 package Vanilla cook and serve Pudding Sugar free
1 package Sugar free Strawberry Jello
1 can (8 oz) crushed Pineapple, undrained
1 cup Water
2 cups frozen unsweetened Strawberries
3/4 cup cool Whip Lite
1/2 cup mini Marshmallows
Method of cooking "Strawberry Pineapple Fluff Salad"
In large saucepan, combine pudding mix, Jello, undrained pineapple and water. Cook over medium heat, stir often, until mix thickens and starts to boil. Remove from heat and stir in frozen strawberries. Place pan on wire rack and let cool 30 minutes. Whip mixture, using electric mixer on high, until mix is fluffy. Stir in cool whip and marshmallows. Spoon into serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 10 minutes.
