2 Tablespoon Sambuca Liqueur

2 Tablespoon fresh Basil, chopped

1 teaspoon Black Pepper

SALAD

2 c Cooked black Eyed Peas

1/2 White Onion, chopped

1/2 Red Bell Pepper, diced

1/4 cup chopped fresh Basil
