Arugala Salad with Balsamic Vinegar Dressing


Features of Arugala Salad with Balsamic Vinegar Dressing

Served as Appetizer. Suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients for Arugala Salad with Balsamic Vinegar Dressing   (Click here for measurement conversion)

3 Garlic cloves, chopped

1.5 lb Arugala

1 pint Cherry Tomatoes, halved

3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 cup Olive Oil

2 Shallots, minced

1/4 teaspoons salt

Method for making Arugala Salad with Balsamic Vinegar Dressing

In a small bowl or blender mix together garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, shallots and salt. In large bowl add in arugala and tomatoes. Pour over dressing and serve.
