Aloha Salmon Salad


Features of Aloha Salmon Salad

Served as side dish. Non-vegetarian dish. Speciality: Low Cholesterol, Low Sat. Fat, Low Calorie, Reduced Carbs diet.

Ingredients for Aloha Salmon Salad   (Click here for measurement conversion)

1 (15 1/2 ounce) can Salmon, drained and flaked

2 Tomatoes, chopped

1 Cucumber, peeled seeded and diced

2 Green Onions, sliced

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil

1 Tablespoon minced Garlic

1 Tablespoon Black Pepper

Method for making Aloha Salmon Salad

Combine ingredients and toss together. Chill. Serve on a bed of lettuce. And yes that is 1T black pepper.
