1 head Romaine Lettuce (cut or torn)
6 hard-boiled Eggs, chopped
12 slices Bacon, cooked crisply and coarsely crumbled
2 cups cooked Chicken or cooked Turkey, chopped
2 large Avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped
12 firm Cherry Tomatoes or Grape Tomatoes, cut in half
1 cup crumbled Blue Cheese
1 cup fresh Watercress
1 large Orange Bell Pepper, seeded, deveined and cut into thin strips
Honey Mustard Dressing
2/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Honey Mustard (or 1 Tablespoon softenend Honey and 1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard)
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 Garlic Cloves, finely minced
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon cracked Black Pepper
