Ingredients for 7 UP Gelatin Salad (Click here for measurement conversion)

3 ounces Lemon or Lime Jello package
1 cup Water, boiling
8 ounces softened Cream Cheese, beaten
1 can crushed Pineapple, drained
1/2 cup chopped Nuts
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Sugar
6 oz. chilled 7-up Drink

Method for making 7 UP Gelatin Salad
|
|
Combine jello and boiling water; stir until dissolved. Beat cream cheese well, and blend in jello with crushed pineapple. Add nuts, vanilla and sugar. Blend. Pour into 1 quart serving bowl. Carefully add chilled 7-Up. Refrigerate until set.
