Beefy Rice Casserole


Features of Beefy Rice Casserole

Served as main course. Non-vegetarian dish.

Ingredients for Beefy Rice Casserole   (Click here for measurement conversion)

1 1/2 lb Lean ground Beef

1/2 cup Chopped Onion

1 1/2 cup Uncooked long grain Rice

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 can Cream of Celery Soup

2 Soups cans Water

Method for making Beefy Rice Casserole

Brown ground beef and onion; drain off fat. Put in greased 2 quart casserole. Add rice. Combine soups in mixing bowl; gradually stir in water until blended and smooth. Pour over rice. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until liquid has been absorbed and rice is tender.
