2 cups Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
4 teaspoons Baking Powder
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1/2 cup Milk
2 Eggs, beaten
4 Tablespoons Shortening
3 cups grated Apples
1 1/2 cups Sugar
2 cups boiling Water
2 teaspoons Cinnamon

Method for making Apple Cinnamon Roll Pudding
|
|
Mix first 7 ingredients together to make the dough. Roll out in an oblong strip. Spread with apples. Roll up and slice into rolls. Make syrup by mixing 1-1/2 cup sugar, boiling water and cinnamon. Put syrup in pan, lay dough slices over. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
