3 cups Adzuki Beans
Cooked and Pureed
2/3 cup Jaggery
1 pinch Salt
1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder (optional)

Method for making Anko Red Bean Pudding
|
|
Combine all ingredients and simmer until the jaggery is dissolved. Serve with pancakes or plain as a pudding.
