4 Tablespoons Butter
4 cups Milk
1 cup Brown Sugar, packed
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2/3 cup Flour
2 teaspoons Vanilla

Method for making Amish Caramel Pudding
|
|
Melt butter in large pan over low heat.add milk and heat till milk is scalded. Add sugar, salt and flour and cook till thickened. Remove from heat.stir in vanilla and cool overnight. Serve with whipped topping.
