1 12 inch Pizza Crust

1 can Black Beans, mashed

1 cup low-fat Monterey Jack Cheese

1/2 large Avocado, mashed

Method for making Black Bean Pizza

Spread mashed beans on pizza crust. Top with cheese. Bake at 375 degree F. for about 15 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted. Top with avocado and serve.
