Served as dessert. Vegetarian dish.

1 (500 ml) container Sour Cream

2 cups Miniature Marshmallows

1 (20 ounce) can crushed Pineapple, well-drained

1 Graham Wafer Crust

Chocolate Sprinkles or shaved Chocolate Curls

Combine first three ingredients and pour into the prepared Crust. Sprinkle with Chocolate. Refrigerate So easy but so good.

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Serves: 6-8
